Dietary Services

While hospitalized, nutrition is an important factor in a patient's recovery. On admission, a patient's diet is ordered by a physician. Each diet plan is individualized, with special diet instructions given by a registered dietitian.

Cafeteria

The hospital cafeteria is located in the front of the hospital and is open during designated hours.

Vending

The vending area is located adjacent to the Pharmacy and is open to visitors 24 hours a day.

Outpatient nutrition consultations are available to see a Registered Dietitian. Counseling sessions last approximately an hour and can address any nutritional issue including weight gain or loss, diabetes, gastric bypass or banding surgery, cholesterol, triglycerides, or any other specific diet or nutritional issue. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, contact your physician’s office for a referral.
